Silver mirror is produced through a trinal process by coating one silver film, one copper film, and two layers of waterproof paints on glass surface.

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESS
pre-wash->polishing-> cleaning-> sensitization->activation-> plated silver ->plated copper->first baking->sprinkle the priming paint-> dry the primer-> sprinkle finishing paint->paint drying -> paint curing and cooling -> cleaning the mirror-> inspection-> packing
